Follow our value-adding onboarding process.
We scope the needs in every aspect of your back office including software, payroll, tax and structuring to name a few.
We complete the handover with the outgoing provider; perform any required cleanup and complete any
required software migration.
We setup worflows and test them with the first live processing cycles, establish HR foundations and
train members on their new systems and reporting.
Finally, we handover to your permanent "Ops Hub" team. We continue to optimise software
workflows and will run 30 and 60-day satisfaction checkins with you.
